Not a set of subjects. One movement, applied at every layer of reality.
This isn't math sitting beside psychology sitting beside spirituality. It's one structure — the fundamental principles and variables of reality — applied from the inner realm out to the outer, and back again. The layer changes. The movement underneath it doesn't. What follows is that movement, zoomed to whichever part of you is actually presenting.
The movement runs sequentially by default — Perceive before Map, Map before Deconstruct, and so on through Transcend. But it isn't rigid. Most people don't enter at the beginning; they enter wherever they're already standing, and the structure holds regardless of the point of entry.
Ten steps. Not a sequence to complete — an architecture to move through.
Perceive
See what's actually there, before naming it or judging it.
Map
Locate its shape, its edges, and its position in the whole.
Deconstruct
Take it apart into what it's actually made of.
Contain
Hold what's been opened, so it doesn't spill past its own edges.
Integrate
Reconnect the parts into one working structure.
Act
Move from the structure now built, not from impulse.
Relate
Test the structure against contact with another.
Interrupt
Break the pattern that would otherwise simply repeat.
Expand
Extend the structure beyond its old, familiar limits.
Transcend
Release the structure once it's no longer needed to hold you.
